Delivery Timeframes

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days across the UK. Shipping is completely free on all orders, with no hidden costs at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on demand, location, or courier delays.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off times will be processed the next working day
  • During peak periods (such as holidays or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, followed by a dispatch confirmation when your item is on the way.

Delays & Unexpected Issues

While every effort is made to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to:

Incorrect Address Information

If an incorrect address is provided:
